ROUND BLACK PIPES AND TUBES / M.S.PIPES (H.R)

Manufacturing of round steel tubes and square and rectangular section from H.R / C.R pre-coated galvanized coils starting from 25.40mm OD to 114.30mm OD thickness ranging from 1.60mm to 4.90mm. These pipes will be used for water, gas steam, air, and fire fighting HV-AC, construction, automobiles, bicycles and general engineering industries

Steel pipes and tubes can be used for many purposes such as steel pipes for frames and shafts, steel pipes for bicycle frames, steel pipes for furnitures, steel pipes for various structural purposes, steel pipes for various engineering purposes etc. We have a very wide range of steel pipes and tubes products. The lengths of the steel pipes & tubes range from 4m to 6.5m unless otherwise specified by the customers. We manufacture steel pipes and tubes in various shapes and size such square, round, rectangular.


  • Water and Gas tubes are produced from low - carbon mild steel on Automatic Tube mill by High Frequency Induction Welding process.

Testing :
Bend Test :
For pipes upto & including 2 inches
Bending Angle 90.
Bending radius 12 times to the OD of tube (no crack in body & weld)

Flattening Test for pipes over 2 inches

  • Flatten upto 2/3 of OD for ductility of weld
  • Flatten upto 1/3 of OD for ductility of steel
  • Full flattening for testing of lamination
